Rogers claims maiden national time trial title

The video shows Yee's daughter walking along Yaw Bora Road during the morning rush hour. The video ends and the taxi driver is seen approaching where she is seen getting hit.

Yee's daughter in her video says she was able to run to her friend and tell her the driver is dead.

When a bystander then asks the driver if he had fallen from the taxi, the driver replies that he had and so did other passengers in the taxi.

The bystander then tells the driver that he cannot let that happen again, and that they must stop the taxi "as soon as possible".

When asked if the driver was dead and how they can know, the driver replies: "The police did nothing, you are to stop immediately. If there are problems later, please go and check."

Yee's daughter does not answer the comment, but the video appears to capture her voice continuing to utter the statement.

On February 27, it was reported that Yee's daughter had posted a video of her family waiting at a police station outside the main police district in Changsha, to inform them of Yee's son's death. In the video, her sister can be heard crying out that their father had been arrested and sentenced for the murder of a taxi driver.

In response, a city representative in Changsha, Zeng Hehui, who also happens to be her brother and has been responsible for the City Hall post for over 20 years, said: "That is not correct. I apologize. Let me ask you a question: Who was he?"

The post continued by saying: "The driver was sentenced at Changsha Provincial Prison for killing a taxi driver on January 10, 2015. The driver was sentenced for violating the traffic regulations and not waiting in the correct lane to stop."
